Did You Close Amex Card In Hopes of Getting JetBlue Barclaycard Bonus?In March of 2016 I was happy to get approved for the JetBlue Barclaycard.

I received the Plus version which gave me 30,000 points after spending $1,000 in the first 90 days. There are some perks that come with the card like free checked bags and 6 points per $1 spent on JetBlue. You also get 10% points back each time you redeem.

Earn 30,000 Bonus American Airlines Miles

american airlines milesI recently received a bonus offer from my AAdvantage Aviator card where I can earn a bonus of 30,000 American Airlines miles!

While the offer sounds very nice, it also requires a good amount of spend over the course of 6 months to earn the bonus miles.

Amex Closed, JetBlue Barclaycard Delivered- Still Hope for the Signup Bonus?

Yesterday I wrote a postĀ wondering if you closed your Amex card in hopes of getting a JetBlue Barclaycard bonus.

While I didn’t recently have the American Express JetBlue card, Kim did. I had her close the card in hopes that she would qualify for a signup bonus for the Barclaycard version rather than just have itĀ converted over (from Amex).

When Kim closed her card, she asked the repĀ if her info was already sent to Barclays and if sheā€™d be receiving that new product. The rep had told her no.
