After flying to Barcelona at one of the worst times, we ran into a problem when Hotels.com screwed up our hotel reservation.
When we got to our hotel, they claimed to not have any booking from Hotels.com for us. Due to this they only had a room available for the first night. We had a reservation at Generator Hostel for the last two days of our trip so I figured that we’d just try to book a room there for our first two.

In 2017 I wrote a review of what I considered to be the most interesting Priority Pass lounge we ever visited.
The lounge I am referring to was actually a restaurant at London Gatwick Airport. The way a visit worked was that with your membership, you received a £15 credit. Guests of the card holder also receive this credit off the bill.

Last weekend, the Michael W Travels family headed off on our first trip of 2019 (over President’s Week break).
We headed to a destination which was the first city I ever visited in Europe- Barcelona. We also included a visit to Andorra, a first for all of us.
