Mount EverestOne of the highlights of our trip to South Asia a couple of summers back was flying to Mount Everest with Yeti Airlines Everest Express.

This was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up and probably the closest we’ll get to Mount Everest unless we (hopefully) do the trek to basecamp in the future.

Momofuku KoDavid Chang’s Momofuku Ko, located in NYC’s East Village, has held two Michelin stars since 2009.

When I heard that they were offering pizza, it immediately became a must-try on my list. While pizza isn’t a part of the menu that Michelin recognized the restaurant for, I thought it would be fun to say that we had pizza from a Michelin starred restaurant!
