Pizza Brooklyn’s pizza shop Lucali ranks at the top of the best pizzerias in America on just about every list each year.

NYC’s Breads Bakery To Offer Pizza From Star Chef Wylie Dufresne!

Breads BakeryLast week, Eater NY wrote an article about how “The Humble NY Slice Is Helping NYC Restaurants Stay Afloat“.

We’ve tried a few of the pizzas mentioned in the article, enjoying tasty pies from Washington Squares, Black Seed Pizza and Michelin-starrted Momofuku Ko. (We’ve been the latter twice, one time doing takeout, the other time dining in, well sitting outside.)

L’Antica Pizzeria da MicheleL’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, a famous pizzeria from Naples, Italy will be expanding with a new location in NYC in late 2021.

Visiting NYC’s The Hole To See Misaki Kawai’s Moko Moko Doki Doki

The HoleEarlier in the month I heard about a free art exhibition at The Hole in New York City with a really fun name.

The exhibition from Misaki Kawai, called Moko Moko Doki Doki didn’t only have a fun name, the art itself looked really bizarre, unique and interesting! I also felt that it would appeal to not only Kim and I, but also to our kids, 9 year-old Lucas and 4 year-old Theo.

I had planned to visit the exhibition before going for dinner at a place close by but I totally forgot about it. However, as luck would have it, we happened to walk past The Hole on the way to Momofuku Ko. Restaurants in New York City have been struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

For too long, restaurants have only been offering takeout or outdoor dining. With the winter being very cold, this is a big problem as many people aren’t interested in the adventure of sitting outside to have a meal.

90 Year Old NYC Restaurant 21 Club Closes Due To COVID

The COVID-19 pandemic has been the cause of around 300,000 deaths in the US and over 1.6 million worldwide.

The pandemic has also led to the death of many businesses. Restaurants have been hit particularly hard with many layoffs and tons of places closing for good.
