Is Rideshare Service Juno Now Available at NYC Airports?

Juno

Rideshare services like Uber have definitely disrupted the transportation industry. They’ve proven to be quite popular, giving users the ability to request a ride with a few clicks on their phone while also getting better prices than taxis.

There are a bunch of rideshare services out there. I’ve only used Uber and Lyft but I’ve heard good things about Juno (from an Uber driver!) a while back. Continue reading Is Rideshare Service Juno Now Available at NYC Airports?

For those of you visiting a city like New York for the first time, there are lots of scams to look out for during your trip.

Last year I wrote about a tourist who paid $400 for a free trip on the Staten Island Ferry. In a new scam that I recently came across, a tourist was taken for lots of money by Mickey Mouse. Continue reading Scam: Tourist Charged $310 for Photo with Times Square Mickey Mouse

Last summer NYC got an interesting Magnum Bar Ice Cream pop-up. (Check out my review about the Magnum pop-up here.)

In June 2016 I wrote about a Kellogg’s Cereal Restaurant set to open in the city. The restaurant opened in July and has seemed to do well. For a limited time, Pop Tarts will be joining in on the fun. Continue reading Pop Tarts Cafe Pop-Up Opening in NYC

L-Salvation Burger, R- Classic Burger

Last April, Kim, Lucas and I spent a couple of nights at the Radisson Martinique, located in Koreatown, NYC.

During our visit (from our distant home in Brooklyn, NY) I decided that we needed to try out the burgers at what might be the hottest, new burger shop in the city, Salvation Burger from Chef April Bloomfield (famous for The Spotted Pig among other restaurants).

Soon after our visit, a fire broke out in Salvation Burger so I held back on posting my review of the restaurant. With the restaurant reopening in early December after various delays, I felt it was finally time to post my review. Continue reading What Should You Order At Salvation Burger NYC?

The Awesome French Onion Soup Burger at Little Prince NYC

Little Prince NYC

Earlier in the year I wrote about The Amazing French Onion Soup Burger at Le Rivage in NYC.

I’m a big fan of burgers and on my list of burgers to try in NYC there happened to be another restaurant serving a French onion soup burger.

Kim, Lucas and I headed over to Little Prince NYC to give their version of the French Onion Soup Burger a try. Continue reading The Awesome French Onion Soup Burger at Little Prince NYC

New York Area Airports Get New Twitter Accounts

Twitter Accounts

Following the right Twitter accounts can be helpful in many ways.

I’ve found Twitter helpful for finding deals, getting news, entering (and winning) contests and for a variety of other things.

Up until now the New York area airports ( EWR, JFK, LGA & SWF) have all shared a Twitter account (@NY_NJairports). Continue reading New York Area Airports Get New Twitter Accounts
