Back in 2012 I came across what I’d considered the oddest checked luggage I’ve ever seen.
Since then, no luggage has really caught my attention as being odd or strange. However, I did see the oddest airline passenger back in February. (No, it isn’t really a person!)

The TSA finds lots of interesting things in people’s luggage. Recently, a 20 pound lobster was discovered (which was legal). They also blocked a giant Teddy bear from flying! Dangerous items like Lucille from the Walking Dead and a 3-D printed gun have also been discovered.

It’s been a rough past few months for United Airlines with incidents piling up.
The main headline grabber was a passenger being dragged off of a United Airlines plane back in April. A few days later, a scorpion stung a passenger during a flight. Then a couple flying to their destination wedding was kicked off of a United flight. In May, a passenger had his reservation cancelled after arguing with a United agent.
Now a mom is saying that “United Airlines was ‘not equipped’ to handle the urgency when her infant son began to overheat while the aircraft sat on the tarmac during a heatwave“, according to the New York Post. North Carolina has a new tourist attraction created by nature- a new island!
The island, known as Shelly Island is around a mile long and a few hundred yards wide.
