Where Do We Stand With Getting A Refund From Avianca?

Last week I wrote about how Avianca had canceled our flight in Ecuador from Guayaqil to the Galapagos.

When I found out that our flight was canceled (we would’ve canceled if the airline didn’t), Avianca stated that the ticket would remain valid until we had a new travel date.

When an airline cancels a flight, I think it’s fair for us to expect a refund not the opportunity to pick a new future travel date. Continue reading Where Do We Stand With Getting A Refund From Avianca?

Woman Shows Up At Airport For Flight, Level Airline Isn’t There!

A woman showed up at Newark Airport to fly to Paris for her friend’s wedding.

She checked in online with Level Airline but when she got to the airport, the airline wasn’t there!
