Happy February to all… We’re less than two weeks away from our next trip. We’re looking forward to getting away although this will be a short visit. IMO- a short trip is better than no trip!

I’m thinking about applying for another credit card but I can’t decide on what to go for. With rules such as 5/24 and other things along those lines, it isn’t nearly as easy as it used to be. Petition Created to Rename Pittsburgh Airport After Mister Rogers

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood and one local man recently started a petition through Change.org, to change the name of Pittsburgh Airport.

For those of you not so familiar with the line “It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood”, it’s from the children’s TV show Mister Rogers Neighborhood.

The Michael W Travels family stopped by the New York Times Travel Show over the weekend for a few hours. We had fun but there wasn’t anything overly exciting going on when we arrived. I haven’t gone to the industry day in a couple of years and would like to try to check it out next year.

Our next trip is fast approaching and after much debate, we finally finished trip planning by picking a hotel.

Some Updates to the New Uber App

When in need of a ride, Uber has become the go-to choice for many people.

At first I had a hard time seeing the value of the Uber App. This could partially be due to having a negative experience. After testing it out some more, I finally saw the value.
