When traveling to new places, we love trying out some of the local food. During our recent trip to Iceland, this meant trying out hot dogs which are know there as pylsur.
During our 8 days in Iceland, we tried out hot dogs at various different stands and even at gas stations. In my opinion, they’re all pretty much the same. (From what I noticed, all places serve the same brand of hot dog from the brand SS, so how different could they really be!)
Last week, the Michael W Travels family flew to Iceland.
The plane we flew on had a single aisle with 3 seats on each side (sorry, I forgot the type of plane). Since we’re a family of four, we had three seats next to each other for Kim & the kids and I was assigned the aisle seat across from their row.
Iceland Naturally is excited that the Icelandic men’s soccer team qualified for the World Cup in Russia. Before heading to the tournament, the team will play a couple of matches in the U.S., in San Francisco and New Jersey.
