On December 27, 2015, Kim, Lucas and I flew on Air China’s inaugural flight from Montreal, Canada to Havana, Cuba.

This was our first time flying an inaugural flight and I didn’t know what to expect. However, I did assume that some special events might take place at the airport and during the flight.

Top Chef Anita Lo Partners with Air China

When flying in premium airline cabins you can expect higher quality food with some airlines even having menus created by famous chefs.

Now Air China is getting in on this trend.

Last week Air China announced a new partnership with Iron Chef and Top Chef Masters contestant Anita Lo. In-Flight Fight Over Crying Baby, Don’t Piss Off This Mom

In what appears to be a growing trend there seems to be more in-flight fights and arguments these days…

These situations seem to be occurring due to a lack of personal space on planes. Maybe it’s someone reclining their seat (I think they have the right to do so if they want), a lack of overhead bin space or maybe someone just being too loud.
