I was close to giving up on the idea I had for our summer trip due to a lack of American Airlines award availability. (Maybe it wasn’t really their fault this time…)

The summer is fast approaching and I’ve been thinking a lot about what the Michael W Travels family will do (and more importantly, where we will go).

One of the main parts of a successful summer trip for us, is using some of our stockpile of American Airlines miles. I had no luck for a few weeks but never gave up trying. Marriott Hotels Going Prefab To Build More Locations Quicker, Cheaper

Marriott is looking for ways to expand and build more locations quickly and cheaply.

To do so, the company has come up with a plan to build prefab hotels. The Fairfield Inn and Suites in Folsom, California is the first of these new build hotels and a second one is already being put together in Oklahoma City. United Airlines has had a tough past couple of months with frequent bad customer service.

There was the ugly incident with the dentist, a scorpion stung a passenger on a flight and a couple flying to their destination was kicked off of a flight.
