Last night my brother Corey forwarded me an e-mail that he received from Delta Airlines Customer Care.
The message was a bit odd. Delta thanked him for reaching out, even saying how sorry they were for letting him down on the trip. They even offered him a gift!

On Friday, December 11 I received 21 prize e-mails from IHG Priceless Surprises.
It seemed that the e-mails were arriving on Fridays but I failed to receive any more the following week! My guess would be that the prize administrator, Hello World was a bit busy getting flooded with mailed in entries.

Back in November news spread about an offer to get two free Uber rides at the Amex Centurion Lounge in New York’s LaGuardia Airport. The rides have to originate at the airport and go to a destination within the five boroughs.
When we arrived at the Centurion Lounge on the way to Toronto, I asked for an Uber code. The rep at the desk said that we could only get a code when arriving at the airport from a flight and not when departing on a flight.

Uber referrals are a great way to earn free ride credits and share free rides with others.
Referral credits typically come to $15-$20 off of a ride. The only negative I’ve noticed with these credits is that if your ride is cheaper than the credit you earned, you lose the remaining amount. (They also expire 3 months from issue date.)
