Swiss Airlines is giving away a “green” trip for 2 to Zurich which incudes airfare, hotel and many extras in a contest through Facebook.
This contest is of interest to me since we haven’t yet had the chance to visit Switzerland. We also have friends that live close to Zurich that we met on one of our trips to Africa and it would be nice to meet up!

After coming across a couple of United Club passes that I had no use for, I decided to run a giveaway with entry being open for one day.
The giveaway was only open for one day because I need to pick a winner and mail the passes out ASAP. Why? We’re heading to Germany tonight and I need to get the passes in the mail before we go away since there isn’t much time left to use them.
To enter my giveaway all you had to do was leave a comment about where you will be flying with United in the upcoming weeks.
I wasn’t sure if there would be much interest in the passes since they are expiring so soon but there was a very solid response of 33 comments/ entries.
I just came across 2 United Club passes that I will not be able to make use of. They are expiring at the end of the month on September 30 so there isn’t much time left to use them.
I’ll be running a one day giveaway and will select a winner through Random.org later in the evening. I’ll contact the winner right after so I can get the passes in the mail before leaving for our trip to Germany (which I mentioned here) tomorrow.
