a woman standing in front of a leaning towerA couple of weeks back I wrote a post based on a Thrillist article about the 15 Most Annoying Travelers In The World. In the post I shared what I felt were two of the most annoying kinds of travelers.

After thinking a bit more about the topic and receiving a bunch of comments, I decided to run a poll. I was curious to find out what you felt were the most annoying travelers.

In the poll I included my top two choices as well as some from the Thrillist article and reader suggestions as options to choose from.

What Are The Most Annoying Travelers? Vote In The Poll

Last week I shared what I felt were two of the most annoying kinds of travelers that I usually come across during our trips- Seat Pullers and Tour Group Participants. The topic came up due to a Thrillist article- 15 Most Annoying Travelers In The World.

I found Thrillists’ list to be pretty weak but I did agree with a few of their choices.

15 Most Annoying Travelers In The World

There are many kinds of annoying travelers that you might cross paths with all around the world. For me the worst kind, are the overly loud, obnoxious know-it-alls. These kind of people tend to annoy me in all walks of life, not just travel.

When traveling, there are many situations where you can pretty much expect to find irratating people. Don’t get me wrong, we have met lots of interesting and nice people around the world. But there are types of annoying travelers that you are pretty much guaranteed to run into on the way to or during a trip.
