The carrier was offering a buy one, get one iPhone offer or a $700 gift card for purchasing two iPhone X’s. The other reason for the switch was to have international data included in our plan. Continue reading T-Mobile Tuesday Starbucks Fail, I Win In End!
When looking for wifi during our travels, Kim and I used to seek out McDonald’s. They were usually a reliable place to go if we wanted to get online. In recent years I’ve found McDonald’s wifi to not be as consistent with many locations not even offering free wifi.
Another place to stop in for free wifi is Starbucks, although I can’t recall ever going there to get online. (I also don’t drink coffee so why would I!)
However, both McDonald’s and Starbucks have put their foot down recently with how some customers use the free wifi. Continue reading No Watching Porn at Starbucks or McDonald’s
The BIG Delta news yesterday was that the airline would no longer be displaying award charts for award tickets. (Find out about this news from Delta Points.)

I find food to be a big part of travel and tend to write my fair share of food- related posts. While traveling, we’ll just about always pay a visit to local markets and supermarkets to see what interesting and odd products might be found.
While I am a very picky eater, there are times that I will step out of my comfort zone to try local delicacies like cuy (guinea pig), fat-ass ants and mud!
I came across an extremely odd sounding dish available at Starbucks in Singapore that I had to try out. Kim, Lucas and I had a few days in Singapore during our trip to Southeast Asia in the Summer of 2012 so I had to make it a point to try an Ugly Curry Chicken Puff.
I find Starbucks to be just a bit over-priced so here is a great offer if you’d like to have one of the their non-coffee offerings.
