Lucas and I just got back from our first summer trip on Friday (trip planning link below) and we’re heading off on our second trip in the morning. We’ll be visiting a new state for a few days.
There’s been tons of amazing airfare deals going on and I’m seriously thinking of pulling the trigger on one for a trip in February. I’ll give it a little time to decide and hope that the deal doesn’t disappear!

Lucas and I are heading off on our second Father- Son Trip. This will be Lucas’s 32nd country visited and sadly not a new one for me! 🙂 I’ll share more details about it in a future post.
After getting the confirmation e-mail for the JetBlue points match with Virgin America, I’ve been considering various flight options to earn my points. Do I make this a true mileage run (not really my thing) or attempt to make it into a short (few hours to a day) trip? Tough decision here…

I recently received my newest credit card and am currently working towards completing the spend required to earn the bonus. At the mid-point of 2016 I’m on track to earn a solid amount of miles and points thanks to credit card bonuses once again.
After a small delay, I received the e-mail from JetBlue letting me know that I was registered for the Virgin America points match. Now I need to book a flight before the end of August.

My first summer trip with Lucas is fast approaching, about two weeks away. The plans for that trip are pretty much all taken care of. Now it’s time to start working on planning the details of our other summer plans.

My summer travel schedule is taking shape and I should be going on three trips with Lucas in July. We’ll be visiting a couple of new states and one country which will be a new one for Lucas. Between these trips we’ll probably be doing some driving trips with Kim.
