American Airlines Waives $200 Cancellation Fee Due To Witty Letter

A man from Buffalo, NY had to cancel his flight with American Airlines when he got sick and  was told that he’d have to pay a $200 change fee.

Southwest Mocks Airline Fees, Giving Away 3 $250 Gift Cards

I’ve mentioned many times in the past how I like Southwest for their friendly customer service, unorthodox boarding procedure, no change fees and not charging bag fees.

I recently received an e-mail about Southwest’s Transfarency. With Southwest they claim to have low fares and nothing to hide. So things included are 1st & 2nd checked bags, no change fees and free live TV.

National Parks Raising Entry Fees

Here is a little bad new for you U.S. National Park lovers out there.

Visiting a national park is a pretty budget-friendly activity. With only 131 of 401 public properties under NPS management charing a fee, we’re talking about over 60% of the parks being absolutely free to visit!
