Last year I received what I’d consider a fair retention offer for my Wyndham Rewards credit card. Thanks in part to the offer, my Wyndham Rewards account now has enough points for 5 free nights.
When the $69 annual fee posted, I once again had to make a decision- do I want to keep or close the card? Continue reading Did I Get A Barclays Wyndham Rewards Card Retention Offer?
A couple of days back I wrote about two different offers that Kim and I received for our AAdvantage Aviator Red cards from Barclays Bank.
Kim received a far superior and easier to earn bonus offer (which requires a certain amount of spend to be done on the card for three consecutive months).
In the post mentioned above, a reader left a comment with some very important information. It might even help prevent you from not receiving the bonus even when you think you’ve earned it! Continue reading Important Tip For Barclays Credit Card Bonus Offers
At the end of March I applied and was approved for the Wyndham Rewards Visa from Barclays Bank.
While Wyndham isn’t a brand that we typically stay at and the card didn’t come with an amazing sign up offer, I still decided to get it. Last night I received an interesting offer from my US Airways Dividend Miles Mastercard.
The subject of the message was, “Earn 50% more miles from March 1 through June 30 2015″.
I figured that the message was worth giving a further look since I can’t say that earning extra miles is a bad thing! Continue reading Earn 50% More Miles With US Airways Card
Last year I decided to get the Barclays Miles & More Lufthansa card when it was offering a sign up bonus of 50,000 miles.
Considering that I fly with Kim and Lucas on pretty much all of our trips, the 50K bonus wasn’t going to get us far. I kind of thought it wasn’t the best move to get the card in the end, but I’m sure that the miles will go to use for (most likely) a couple of domestic flights.
When the fee came up for the card late last week, I knew that it was going to get closed. However, before doing so I figured that it couldn’t hurt to see if they might have a retention offer for me. Continue reading Barclay’s Lufthansa Card Retention Offer
