There seems to always be some sort of bonus offer when signing up for airline and hotel dining programs.

I recently wrote, Join MileagePlus & AAdvantage Dining, Earn 1,500 to 2,000 Bonus Miles. The United offer has since ended (a new offer is currently available, more on that later) but you can still earn up to 2,000 bonus miles with AADining until the end of the month.

After writing about United & AA Dining, I wrote Can You Link A Credit Card to 2 Dining Programs? (I’d assume that most of you know that, no we can not.)

Wyndham Rewards Sends A Gift

A few months back I was approved for the Wyndham Rewards Credit Card.

The card offered a sign up bonus of 45,000 points which can get me three free nights at any Wyndham property. While I don’t see using my points just yet, I figured they could come in handy at some point in the future.

Earlier in the week, I wrote about a way to enter the lottery for Saturday Night Live tickets for the 2015-16 season.

Even though I’m not a big fan of the show these days, I still entered the lottery and hope to get selected to attend a performance this season.

Since getting SNL tickets can only be done through a lottery or by showing up very early for stand-by tickets, I’m not sure how good the odds are of getting selected.

Since OpenTable rolled out a payment feature within the app, they’ve tried to entice us to try it out by offering free money towards a dine. Well they’re doing it again, just offering a bit less free money this time around…

Last week the airline offered 20% Off, the week before 14% Off.

At the end of March I applied and was approved for the Wyndham Rewards Visa from Barclays Bank.

While Wyndham isn’t a brand that we typically stay at and the card didn’t come with an amazing sign up offer, I still decided to get it. I felt that the sign up bonus of 45,000 points would come in handy in the future. I could use the bonus points to book 3 free nights at any Wyndham hotel or spend 3,000 points and some cash (as another option) per night. American Express seems to always be rollng out new offers to keep us using our Amex cards. One offer I’m currently planning to use will give me $5 off $25 at NYC restaurants (during restaurant week).

With one of the more lucrative offers I’ve ever received, I was able to get what amounts to essentially $375 in free money.
