Last weekend we had an appointment to get Lucas and Theo’s passports renewed. The morning of the appointment, we got a call from the post office that we had to reschedule!

Passport appointments aren’t easy to come by so we’re hoping that there aren’t any issues this weekend. We’re going to pay the rush fee and once we receive the new passports, we’ll be looking for flights for Spring Break. For Halloween, we headed to Manhattan for some treats at Dominique Ansel Bakery (Cronuts) and the kids did some trick or treating.

We’re currently finishing off plans for our winter break trip. While we’re not traveling internationally, we will be visiting a new state and a city that none of us have been to before.

We had a very productive weekend related to travel.

I was able to book a flight for winter break (details below) using some British Airways Avios. I also used a couple of hotel free nights for the trip and plan to use more!
