AirbnbAmex Offers have been a great way to save (and even get free) money with some pretty solid and lucrative offers at times.

Most recently I received 2 Different Shop Small Amex Offers. The most lucrative offer that I can recall receiving was back in late June. With the offer I was able to get $375 in free money when all was said and done.

Amex Offers can even help with the decision on whether or not it’s worth keeping a credit card open. The offers can help to pay back the cost of the fee and then some.

Over the past few years American Express created a new shopping holiday with Small Business Saturday. By offering card members free statement credits, many of us had a lot of fun doing some shopping on Amex.

One year we combined our credits to pay for most of Lucas’ first car seat. In 2012 we made a full day out of SBS, spreading our credits at a bunch of places. Find out what we did with our credits for SBS last year here.

I was looking forward to another fun Small Business Saturday this year. Then the news came that for 2015 there would not be any Small Business credits. Bummer. The holiday that Amex created was now over…

A couple of days back I wrote about double-checking my Amex Offers, and finding out that I was targeted to get up to $375 in free money on my SPG Business card.

For those of us that got this offer, here is how it works. If you add the Stock Up and Save for Your Business offer to your card and spend $250 or more (at stores like Home Depot, Staples, Jetro or a couple of others) you get a $75 statement credit up to 5X.

Glad I Double-Checked Amex Offers, $375 Free Money!

Last week I read about a limited & targeted offer from Amex Offers which gave a $75 statement credit when making a purchase of $250 or more at select stores.

If the offer was available in your account, it could be redeemed up to five times. This means that if the offer is maxed out you could get up to $375 for free from American Express! Not bad at all…
