In mid-November there was an offer sent out to get free Uber Rides from various airports.
The offer was a holiday gift from American Express good for up to two rides, up to $65 each. When the offer was sent out, I had a hard time adding it to my Uber account but it got worked out.
As (bad) luck would have it, I won’t even get to use the free Uber rides offer as it expires the day before we fly home from our current trip. (We’re in Costa Rica.)
Uber sent out a reminder a couple of days back so here is my reminder regarding this incredible offer.
If you added the offer AMEXAIRPORT to your Uber account, make sure to use it if you’re flying into one of the select U.S. airports. (LGA, JFK, EWR, BOS, DCA, IAD, IAH, ORD, MDW, SEA & LAS.)
And even if you didn’t add the promo code, according to the terms, it is still open to all American Express credit card and charge card holders.
All you need to do is:
- Add the promo code: AMEXAIRPORT
- Have your AMEX card linked to your Uber account and selected as the payment method for your ride.
- Complete your rides by 12/31/16
