Over the weekend we checked out another park in NYC that we hadn’t been to before. We visited Fort Totten in Bayside, Queens. We also grabbed lunch for a picnic at a deli I heard about on the awesome food/ travel show, F*Ck, That’s Delicious.

While we’re not really traveling, we’ll continue to check out more of the local attractions in the NYC area.

Over the weekend we decided to do some light hiking on Long Island while also visiting a favorite classic burger stand. Another week of social distancing and primarily staying indoors has passed which means very little has happened related to travel..

I’m still trying to catch up on trip reports which I’ve missed in the past. Otherwise, I’ve been thinking about when it might be the right time to book a flight for a future trip.
