United Airlines Cancels Passenger’s Reservation, Filmed Disagreement

United Airlines has had a tough past couple of months with frequent bad customer service.

There was the ugly incident with the dentist, a scorpion stung a passenger on a flight and a couple flying to their destination was kicked off of a flight.

Southwest Now Offering Hamster-Sitting Service

Southwest AirlinesI haven’t flown Southwest Airlines in close to 10 months but one of the main reasons I love the airline is due to their friendly customer service as well as free checked bags policy.

Good customer service goes a long way in leaving a good impression. They even used to give out a really cool perk to kids. (I’m not sure if they still do these days.)

How Long Should You Wait For Customer Service Response: Vote in the Poll

After a ridiculously long wait, the issue that I had with United (in mid-January) was finally resolved.

During our first trip of 2014 to Norway our flight got cancelled due to an approaching winter storm back home, in the NY area.
