Early this morning I received an e-mail from Marriott Bonvoy wishing me a Happy Member-versary!
I figured that the message would let me know that I’ve been a member of their program, thank me and not offer much else.
However, Marriott Bonvoy decided to give me a small gift.
While I had no clue that any sort of anniversary had passed, Marriott let me know that I started celebrating in June. (I wish I knew how many years it’s been since I’ve joined or became Gold Elite. I definitely have no clue!)
To thank me for my loyalty, I was given a special 200 Marriott Bonvoy Points.
Now, I know that 200 points won’t do much for my account, but I’m always happy to accept free points when they’re given to me.
Who knows, maybe one day I’ll book an award night and have just enough points. Then I’ll think back to my Marriott Bonvoy member-versary gift from 2019 and thank them again for the nice gesture.

Island Miler- That could definitely be! I have no clue when I joined (I guess I could look it up) so the e-mail just seemed like a nice gesture.
You know what? I got one of these today too. But I joined Marriott Rewards in October/November years ago. So, I wonder if the date coincides with integration day last year?
