LL Bean has been around for over 100 years and is known for quality and standing behind their products.
They believed in their products some much they offered a lifetime guarantee and return policy. If you bought something but changed your mind, you could bring it back. Maybe the fit never seemed right, bring it back for a refund or store credit.
