Win A Trip for 2 To Frankfurt In The Lufthansa Name The Plane Contest

Lufthansa Cargo is looking for help naming the newest member of it’s family- the Boeing 777F. They are running a contest to “generate ideas for a fleet branding”.

One lucky winner and a guest will get to attend the welcoming event when the Boeing 777F lands in Frankfurt in October.

To enter you need to describe your idea and tell Lufthansa why it fits in with Lufthansa Cargo and their slogan “Networking the world”. You need to include 10 suggestions in order to qualify for the prize.
Prize Includes:

  • Lufthansa flight from the winner’s country of residence
  • Two night hotel stay in Frankfurt
The winner be selected by a jury made up of the Executive Board of Lufthansa Cargo and Claus Richard, Head of Transport Management and Flight Operations.

Some Rules:
  • Contest is open to “everyone interested in handing in creative ideas for a naming of the fleet”
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry
  • Enter by July 15

Some Info About Lufthansa Pilots

I received an e-mail from Lufthansa yesterday regarding this fun little contest even thought it looks like it has been going on for a while. It actually ends tomorrow so enter immediately if you are interested!

To celebrate Oktoberfest, Lufthansa is giving away 40 interesting prizes.
To enter, you get to create your own Lebkuchenherzl. 
My first reaction to this was Lebkerwhat??? 

A lebkuchenherzl or herzl are “traditional gingerbread hearts sold at the Oktoberfest in Munich”. 

It took under 2 minutes to create/ design my herzl. You get to pick a border, colors, decorations, add text and a background.
