A couple of summers back we visited Georgia (the country not the state) during a week trip to Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.
While wandering around the capital, Tbilisi we set out to take a look at the Parliament of Georgia building.
As we walked down Rustaveli Avenue, I stopped to check out a very interesting sign. The sign didn’t appear to be permanent, it was set in what looked like a moveable base.
I don’t recall seeing any major issues with dog poop but the sign was a reminder to clean up after your pooch!
I doubt the sign was intended to be comical but I found it to be pretty funny.
Here’s a closer look:The sign features a cute little puppy with a hand in a glove near the dog’s butt reaching to pick up the poop. (If you ask me, the poop resembles a Hershey’s Kiss.)
There is a bunch of letters written in Georgian under the image which I assume says something related to cleaning up after your dog. What I really don’t understand is why a garbage can wasn’t placed right next to the sign…
