Earn Up To $50 in Statement Credits with the Hyatt & World of Hyatt Credit Card

world of hyattThe Hyatt credit card and World of Hyatt credit card have sent out an offer where those who are targeted can earn up to $50 in statement credits for completing a specific amount of spend over the course of two months.

To earn the bonus, you need to spend $500 or more in select categories like internet, cable and phone services, shipping and at grocery stores and movie theaters.

The statement credit can be earned for one month ($25) or or both where you’ll earn the max statement credit of $50.

Here is how the offer works:

  1. Register your Hyatt credit card or World of Hyatt credit card by November 30, 2018
  2. Spend $500 or more in combined purchases in the following categories in November or December: internet, cable and phone services; shipping; grocery stores; movie theaters.
  3. Get a $25 statement credit for each month you hit the qualified amount of spend. (The maximum statement credits you can earn is $50.)

Like I mentioned above, the offer is only available for those Hyatt credit card and World of Hyatt credit card holders who received the offer.

Did you receive this offer from one of the Hyatt products mentioned? If so, do you plan to put the required spend on the card to earn the statement credits?

I have the Hyatt credit card and did receive the offer. I’m debating whether or not I should go for the offer. My biggest concern is being able to put the required amount of spend on the card in the limited categories.

  1. feelgood- In the T&Cs I don’t see any language stated that the offer is for a limited time so this is definitely strange. Maybe you could call customer service for the CC although I can’t imagine them fixing this for you.

  2. Got the Hyatt email offer yesterday afternoon. Three times in the email it says to register by Nov 30, 2018. Just tried to enroll and clicked the REGISTER NOW button, got the following response:

    Unable to enroll

We’re sorry! The registration period for this offer has ended. Please keep an eye out for future offers from the Hyatt Credit Card and the World of Hyatt Credit Card.

  3. Agree about the limited categories; but Nov/Dec travel is light, so I’m also trying to put $5k on the card to get 2 nights credit I need for next status. The [squishy] 5% promo helps me rationalize pulling spend from Ink and Gold Amex, which I was not liking.
