When traveling, it can be frustrating when you can’t get a good photo due to others being in your pictures or hogging up the best spot.
Recently, a group of tourists got into a big brawl at Rome’s Trevi Fountain due to two women “aiming for the perfect selfie,” according to Fox News.
The women, a 19 year-old from The Netherland and a 44 year-old Italian American were trying to take selfies in the same spot. Initially, they had words with each other but then they started throwing punches.
Soon after, family members got involved in the fight, causing a brawl which needed to be broken up by the police.
Fox reports that, “the eight people involved in the fight sustained bruises and were charged.”
The Trevi Fountain gets overly crowded. To help with the problem, the city is thinking of creating a way for tourists to see the Trevi Fountain without being allowed to stop to take photos.
While I can’t say that I loved the Trevi Fountain when I visited, I’d be quite unhappy with a rule prohibiting picture taking at any site.
What do you think of this proposal to see a tourist site but not be allowed to stop for a photo?

Mark- Why not?
No thoughts on the brawl but can’t honestly believe this is a blog post.
