When traveling to a foreign country, I’m pretty sure that 99% of you know that we need a passport. Passports aren’t cheap at around $135 but the places it allows you to go make it well worth the cost.

Qantas Airways wants to make it easier for Americans to visit Australia. They want to pick up the tab for your passport… Kind of.

Thrillist reports that Qantas is willing to pay “for your passport fee if you buy a ticket to Australia on any of its flights from the United States.”

The offer was announced last week, “to bolster tourism to the Land Down Under in conjunction with the rollout of its new 787-9 Dreamliner jets.”

The good thing is that this offer isn’t only for those Americans in need of a passport. Qantas is actually offering a $135 discount, basically the cost of a passport. To get the deal you need to head over to qantas.com/passport and enter the promo code: PASSPORT.

The offer is good for all U.S. citizens, regardless of whether or not they have a valid passport. This seems like a pretty sweet deal if you ask me!

Have you visited Australia? Kim and I went on our honeymoon and I’d love to visit again to see more of the country. I’d also like to take Lucas and Theo there.
