Over Spring Break we headed to a couple of very glamorous US cities, Cleveland and Detroit.
While in Cleveland, we found some quirky sites to check out. After a visit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, we had to make a quick stop on the way back to our Airbnb.
Just a few minutes walk away, is the Largest Rubber Stamp in the World! Exciting right? 🙂
I heard about this world record stamp thanks to one of my favorite sites, Atlas Obscura.
After quickly driving past the “Free Stamp” a few times, I thought it would be fun to check out, up close. We wandered around the stamp, located in Willard Park amazed by its massive size. Lucas and Theo thought the stamp was really cool so yes, this was a kid-friendly pitstop! Close to the stamp, a plaque shared some details: Painted Steel And Aluminum, 1991Gift of BP America To The City of Cleveland.
Would you be interested in visiting the world’s largest rubber stamp? 🙂
