The Rules:
- Open to permanent, legal residents of the United States who physically reside in one of the 48 contiguous United States or DC (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and other United States territories)
- Must be at least 18 years of age to enter
- There is a limit of one entry per person
- Trip must be completed by May 31, 2024
