Stranger Things is probably one of Netflix’s biggest hit shows.
While I am a fan of the show, I am not caught up on watching all of the Stranger Things episodes. (I plan to watch with my 9 year-old Lucas, starting from Season 1 and catch up at some point.)
Starting today, November 6, an official Stranger Things store is opening in New York City and LA for a limited time.
The stores sound like part store and part immersive experience.
The shop will offer exclusive Stranger Things merch like collectible figures and customizable clothing. The interactive store experiences will be “filled with photo moments and fun easter eggs, as you explore Hawkins and settings like Joyce’s House, Palace Arcade and Starcourt Mall. You will be able to interact with friends and foes from Hawkins. Get up close to the Russian Guards, hang out with Scoops Ahoy employees, and much more!”
You can reserve Priority Access entry to the store, free of charge for specified dates and times. I reserved a spot to go late next week but I am not 100% certain that we’ll make it.

NYC:
- Open Monday- Sundays, 10AM- 10PM
- Time slots are available every half hour
- Visits should take around 30 minutes
- Location: 200 W 42nd St New York, NY 10036 (NW corner of 42nd St. & 7th Ave)
LA:
- Open Mon-Thu: 10am-9pm, Fri-Sat: 10am-10pm & Sun: 11am-9pm
- Time slots are available every half hour
- Visits should take around 30 minutes
- Location: The Americana at Brand, 889 Americana Way, Glendale, CA 91210
