Choice Hotels is currently running the Comfort 40th Anniversary Sweepstakes.

In the sweepstakes 40 lucky winners will each win 40,000 Choice Privileges points!

While we don’t stay at Choice Hotels properties frequently, I’d still love to win this prize. It’s definitely good to have points in a variety of loyalty programs.

The Rules:

•  Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and DC
• Must be at least 18 years old and Choice Privileges members at the time of entry
• Members could receive up to 31 sweepstakes entries

How To Enter:

1- Register for the Sweepstakes and Book/Complete a Qualifying Stay at a Comfort Property:

• During the Registration Phase, visit http://www.comfort40sweepstakes.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form with a valid email address and your Choice Privileges member number. Then, you will be encouraged to book a Qualifying Stay at a Comfort property via a Qualifying Channel between July 1, 2021 and July 31, 2021. You must register through the Sweepstakes Website, during the Registration Phase or you will not qualify for this Sweepstakes. After the “Qualifying Stay” booking has been made, and you’ve completed that stay, during the Qualifying Stay Phase, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each night and for each night of any additional Qualifying Stay.
• A “Qualifying Stay” is a stay that is during the month of July, 2021 at a participating hotel, booked through a qualifying channel that is eligible to earn Choice Privileges points. Most stays are eligible to earn Choice Privileges points EXCEPT: rooms booked at rates below $40 USD per night, certain hotel-initiated promotions, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third-party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends and family discount. ii. Qualifying Channel: Members must book stays via ChoiceHotels.com, the Choice Hotels mobile app, or 800.4CHOICE. Stays directly booked through Book by Google are also eligible, if the member adds their Choice Privileges number to the reservation prior to check-in. Corporate travelers may book through their online booking tool, GDS, or with a travel agent; however, reservations booked through Egencia’s Preferred Rate Program do not qualify for promotional bonus points. Choice Privileges member number must be provided upon check-in.

2-  Enter via the Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry:

• To enter without booking a Qualifying Stay, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, Choice Privileges member number and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Comfort 40th Anniversary Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5010 Department 848531, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5010. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by August 6, 2021 and received by August 13, 2021.

I don’t think that we’ll be completing any stays with Choice during the sweepstakes entry period. Regardless, I plan to send in a postcard to hopefully win one of the Choice Privileges prizes!
