If you’ve been looking to move to another part of the United States, then this offer just might be for you!

Northwest Arkansas is offering to pay you $10,000 to move there and they’ll also give you a free bike!

Lonely Planet mentions that,”the region is renowned for its incredible scenery with the Ozark Mountains right on its doorstep, not to mention craft breweries, world-class museums and charming small towns.”

The program is a way for the area to “to boost its economy and reverse falling population trends by paying remote workers to move there.”

The program is called the Life Works Here Initiative and it’s being run by the Northwest Arkansas Council.

To take part in the offer, there are some rules. To get the $10,000, you need to relocate to the area, be at least 24 years old, have full-time employment, have two years of work experience, be a US resident and live outside of Arkansas. Another biggie, is that you need to sign a lease or purchase a home in the area.

If accepted into the program, you need to be able to move to Northwest Arkansas within 6 months of being accepted.

The area has 162 miles of paved trails and 332 miles of mountain biking trails so you can also pick from a street or mountain bike as part of the offer!
