Since the pandemic started the amount of time I spend watching Netflix has definitely increased.

While I rarely watch comedies, Schitt’s Creek is a show I highly recommend. I’m currently in the middle of watching the final season of the show.

For those of you familiar with Schitt’s Creek, you know that the Rosebud Motel is the place where a good chunk of the show takes place.

If you’re a super-fan of the show, you might be interested to know that the Rosebud Hotel will soon be for sale!

The property is located in Orangeville, Ontario and should be listed this month. Jesse Tipping has owned the property for close to 10 years and doesn’t feel that it will be hard to sell.

T+L writes “that the hotel has daily visits from die-hard fans of the comedy show.”

When Tipping bought the property it wast listed in a database for film locations. Besides Schitt’s Creek, it’s been used in a variety of productions like A History of Violence, Umbrella Academy and more.

Some of you might wonder if you can rent a room at the Rosebud Motel… The hotel used to have rooms listed on Airbnb, however, they aren’t currently for rent.
