Southwest Airlines has had many specialty planes including the Missouri One which debuted in April 2015.

Now the airline has partnered with Discovery Channel and has a new special Shark Week plane!

#SharksTakeFlight with this specially decorated Boeing 737-700 which will fly throughout the summer until August 31.

There’s more to the Southwest- Discovery Channel partnership than just the livery.

While Shark Week takes place from June 26- July 3, passengers on Southwest planes with wifi will get a chance to “enjoy an exclusive Shark Week Channel on Southwest’s Entertainment Portal” right now. If you tune-in during a flight, you’ll get to see specials like never before seen episodes of Jungle Shark. (Can’t say I have a clue what that is!)
