Engman showed up at Brooklyn Federal Court causing quite the scene wearing “sky-high stilettos, a short black feathered dress, matching feather boa and her signature tiara with hot pink feathers“, according to the New York Post.

The hearing should’ve been quick but Engman and the judge talked for hours about what took place during the flight.

A couple of strange comments from the trial:

  • “[The victim Christina Tyler] mentioned my tiara bit her, which evidently, it did,” Engman said.
  • Engman said “she woke up on the plane to Tyler “whacking” her on the head repeatedly with a seat cushion“.

Engman made a deal in which she will she avoid getting a criminal record. The penalty for her crazy behavior is 50 hours of community service and 24 hours of anger management classes.

She plans to do her community service by helping kids design tiaras and sunglasses.
