Earlier in the month I received an e-mail from Starwood about a way to earn extra Starpoints in the More For You promotion.

While I marked the e-mail as important, I somehow forgot to look at again. Today I received another e-mail from SPG reminding me to register once again.

In the More For You promo, you can earn:

• Double Starpoints on eligible stays of 2 or more nights
• Triple Starpoints if the stay includes a Friday or Saturday night (Thursday or Friday night in the Middle East)

To qualify for the bonus you must register by October 31, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET.

Stays can be from now until December 15, 2014.

The promo sounds like a great offer however there is one problem with it- there are quite a few properties that are not participating. Click here to see the list of non participating hotels and resorts.

I’m not so sure that I’ll make use of this offer since I only have a couple of trips coming up during the promo period.
