“Intertainers” Rhett & Link have teamed up with Choice Hotels to run an interesting contest where one lucky winner will win a $10,000 vacation redo.
In the Vacay Gone Cray Cray Contest, you get the chance to submit a story about a vacation that didn’t exactly turn out how it was intended to. Let Choice Hotels know what went wrong and the craziest stories will be reenacted “Rhett & Link stlye“. The most cray cray story will win the prize!
A panel of judges will pick one winner based on a couple of criteria:
- Creativity/ Originality- 55%
- Quality of Submission- 45%
The contest actually started a month back (on June 30)however I just heard about it for the first time earlier in the day.
According to the contest page “Some vacations go great—some go to hell in a handbasket. From bad luck to bad weather and whatever, we want to hear about your adrenaline-inducing, toe-curling, head-shakinest vacation mishaps. The most cray cray vacay will win a $10,000 vacation do-over—heck, we’ll even reenact a few Rhett & Link style. Check below to find out how it works“.

Prize Includes:
- $4,500 spending money
- $4,500 in airline vouchers

The Rules:
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry
- Each entrant/ e-mail address may upload one submission per day
