A couple of days back I got a heads up from Rene of Delta Points about an offer KLM was running which included a small giveaway.

In this offer, KLM is giving away a free external battery with your mobile booking.

Here is how you can get a free mobile battery:

• From your mobile phone go to KLM.com or the KLM mobile app
• Book a flight before December 24
• Battery will be delivered to your home

So far 14,099 tickets have already been booked through KLM mobile and there are only 394 batteries left. When I first heard about the offer, something like 410 batteries were left so I’m guessing it’s going to take a while for all of the batteries to be given away.

Some Rules:

• The person that makes the booking will receive one free external smartphone battery charger (only one battery per booking will be delivered).
• Offer is only good in Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway & United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of booking

Make your booking by 11:59 PM on December 23 to qualify for an external battery.
