I received an e-mail last week from United’s MileagePlus Dining program with some very important and useful information…
The subject of the message was “The secret to earning award miles“.
I couldn’t imagine what this little secret could be so I opened up the message to take a look.
The e-mail (shown above), features a graphic asking “Gotten a new credit card lately?” Funny UA dining asked because yes, I have gotten a new card or 2 (or 3) recently.
The message goes on to share some very important information about something that I have to admit I’ve slacked off a bit with.
MileagePlus Dining sent out this message to remind us to update our account with new credit card information or we’ll be missing out on miles.
It’s probably safe to say that most of you get many new credit cards each year. Do you remember to add these cards to a dining program?
If the answer is no,Β you should take a moment to go through your wallet and add each card to a dining program. You never know when a restaurant might be participating!
