Avis and Budget are the preferred car rental partners of American Airlines.

Now Avis & Budget are “offering even more for your rental“.

I received an e-mail from AAdvantage that as a Platinum or Gold member (I have lifetime Gold), I will now earn a minimum of 1,000 miles for every qualifying rental with Avis and Budget.

It gets even better and more lucrative for a limited time…

When renting before June 15, I can earn 500 additional bonus miles per day and also save up to 35%. (There is a maximum bonus of five days or 2,500 miles.)

For Avis: AAdvantage bonus miles are valid at participating airport locations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

For Budget: AAdvantage bonus miles are only valid at participating airport locations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Caribbean.

I was a bit confused by the 500 bonus miles per day offer. The e-mail that I received said the 500 bonus miles per day offer is good when renting before June 15, while the offer page says the rental must begin by June 15.
