The Rules:
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC
- Must have a valid social security or tax ID number
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry
- Enter once per day
- Festival must be selected at least 30) das in advance of the travel date
- Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed festival and return the day following the festival
- All travel must be taken no later than December 30, 2021
