The Michael W Travels family are big fans of Chick-fil-A.
We love their variety of tasty chicken options and the kids love getting to play in the play areas although the NYC locations don’t have any!
Another thing that stands out at the chain is the fast food chain’s sauces!
Chick-fil-A offers quite a few tasty sauce options with some favorites being their signature sauce, Ranch, Honey Barbecue, Barbecue and Polynesian.
Whenever we visit, I make sure to get extra sauces to take home. Besides using them on the chain’s food, I’ll also use them with other things we eat at home.
I recently came across some exciting news from Fox News. “Chick-fil-A is going to start selling bottles of its signature sauce.”
While the headline sounds awesome, I left out a few key words- “only in Florida.”
Before I got my hopes up of buying a bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce, I read that it would only be available in one state!
It turns out that the sauce sales will be a two month test for April and May. For now, two sauces will be available for purchase their signature Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian.
16 ounce bottles will be available from $3.49 per bottle. They’ll be available at all Publix, Target, Walmart and Winn-Dixie stores in Florida.
What’s also nice about the sale is that, “every purchase will be donated to the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship Initiative, which awards scholarships to employees“, according to Fox .
Are you a fan of Chick-fil-A? Would you be interested in buy a bottle of their sauce?
(If you live in Florida, maybe you’d like to hook me up and send me a bottle or two!)
The first few ingredients: Sugar, oil, water, corn syrup…
You’re joking, right? I’d never use that on anything!
Robert- I’d be more interested in buying the Polynesian and hope that more sauces are eventually offered in store (and in other states). For us, Chick-fil-A locations in the NYC area are pretty limited so it isn’t like we go frequently. When we do visit, I always get extra sauces!
The ‘signature’ sauce has to be the worst one they have, it’s consuming calories with very little flavor in return!
And why buy it when you can just go snag as much as they’ll give you at the store?
