Buying Groupon deals can be a great way to save money both at home and while traveling.
When Groupon first came out I used to check it every day to see what was being offered. My big problem with buying these deals was that I’d tend to wait until the last few days to use them making it a major pain.
Either way, if you find a Groupon deal that you are interested in, it will usually save you a bit of money at that business.
Groupon can also be great to use when traveling. The best deal that I can think of that I bought was for a trip to Las Vegas. Besides getting in on an amazing deal thanks to a mistake from Expedia Canada (something like a couple of nights hotel + air for $51), we also bought a Groupon to visit the Grand Canyon Skywalk!
Groupon is offering additional savings (today only) where you can save 10% on any Groupon Local deal up to $50 discount. This offer has a limit of 1 per customer.
To get this deal you need to use Promo Code: DEAL10 by August 12
When I buy Groupons I try to always hunt down some gift cards at Staples to ean 5X points with my Chase Ink card. These cards have been harder to find in recent months.
If you’re interested in buying a Groupon and happen to not have an account, feel free to use my link to sign up. (After you buy your first deal I’ll earn a referral bonus.)
