United MileagePlus Shopping is running the Fall Fun & Sports bonus campaign, offering us an easy way to earn 1,000 bonus miles!
To earn the bonus you’ll need to do some shopping at the United MileagePlus Shopping mall in a limited amount of time.
Here is how the promo works.
To earn 1,000 bonus miles you need to spend $350 or more on qualifying purchases through United’s shopping mall. You won’t need to spend the full amount all in one place since the required amount is based on cumulative purchases.
A nice thing about these shopping promos is that the bonus miles earned are in addition to the standard miles earned from shopping through United MileagePlus Shopping.
The $350 spend will need to be completed by September 9, 2016 at 11:59:59 pm ET.
Some Rules: (from the T&Cs)
- Qualifying purchases do not include returns, cancellations, shipping and handling, taxes, gift card or other cash equivalent purchases, and certain products that are not eligible for bonus miles.
- Allow 8-10 weeks after the Bonus Period for bonus award miles to post to your MileagePlus Shopping account
This is a pretty solid offer where you can earn a bonus of close to 3 miles per dollar. (If you spend exactly $350, the bonus comes to 2.85 miles per $.)
