The Rules:
- Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia
- Must be 25 years of age or older at the date of entry
- Trip must be taken in 2019 and black out dates apply to the weekends before and after Easter and the months of July and August.
- There is a limit of one entry per person per day
