Do purchases of visa gift cards from staples.com count toward portal spend?
From what I understand, no.
Valuing those miles at $0.02 per mile, that’s 8% rebate. To do so, you have to forgo other discount coupons that usually get you 20% or more off. So you are really buying those miles at $0.05 per mile.
